About Our Organization

Our Story

ACL was born almost by chance, during a simple dinner in Hendaye meant to share African culture. That moment of exchange sparked a deeper reflection: what if we went further?
As the child of immigrant parents, I grew up between two cultures and learned that to truly understand a reality, you must experience it. At 13, during a trip to Cameroon, I was struck by the inequalities, especially in education. In France, school is a given. Over there, it’s a struggle. And yet, no child should be deprived of learning simply because of a lack of means.
What started as an unplanned initiative has ultimately become self-evident. And what if, together, we could turn these dreams into reality?

Who Are We?

The Cameroun Losié Association (ACL) is a non-profit organization, founded in July 2024, committed to promoting quality education for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, with a special focus on Cameroon.
We strive to improve access to education through scholarships, the provision of school supplies, and the construction of educational infrastructures.

Our Mission and Values

Support: more than help, a true springboard to the future. At ACL, we do not limit ourselves to offering temporary financial aid. We aim to be a true pillar for these children, supporting them throughout their entire educational journey.
Our ambition? To give them the keys to lasting success, so they are not only supported today, but empowered to become full actors of their future tomorrow. Because a well-supported child becomes an adult capable of changing the world.
