A master’s student in the Grande ÉCOLE Program (PGE) at TBS education on the english track. Belle-Ange Deuni Deumetcha is the founder of ACL (Association Cameroun Losié). ACL aims to facilitate access to education for children in underprivileged countries, starting with her home country, Cameroun.

In 2024, according to the Office du Baccalauréat du Cameroun (OBC), the baccalaureate pass rate dropped to 37.2%, its lowest level in twenty years, a striking contrast with the 91.4% pass rate in France, reported by the French Ministry of National Education.
This sharp decline highlights deep structural challenges: a lack of school infrastructure, qualified teachers, learning resources, and student support.
For thousands of young people, academic failure means no access to higher education, and no path to a better future.
In response to this urgency, ACL is taking action: we aim to create a sustainable educational ecosystem where every student has the tools and guidance necessary to succeed. Because beyond the numbers lie lives, dreams, and immense potential waiting to be revealed.
